That is opposite of me. I go to bed hungry, like fight the urge to raid the pantry hungry, but when I wake up, I am perfectly fine. I drink some water but it is about 2 hours later when I start feeling hungry. I am definitely a night person, I hate mornings... so maybe that has something to do with it.

I took the high and low weight from the BMI chart and found the middle. I plan to adjust up or down when I get there.

I drink 128 ounces throughout the day. 64 ounces is plain water (or with a few drops of mio), the other 64 is made up of a 16 ounce Diet coke and 48 ounces of Ice sparkling water. The water keeps me hydrated, my stomache full, and the Ice waters even satisfy my sweet craving. I live in Arizona where the air is very dry,β¦

I weigh throughout the day. I am a mathematician, and teach High school math, so I like to see the trends. I also only log my morning weight.

Thank you so much! I used the location history to figure out where I was, and I was at a store where I had bought something, and I FOUND IT! It fell into one of my bags! Thank though again for the advice.
