I was just diagnosed with diverticulitis. My belly was sore and swollen. My doctor sent me to the ER. I have been here 3 days, should be released today. Not saying you have this, but don't ignore it!

@Maxematics thank you, it was very painful, and a bit scary. I almost never eat corn or popcorn, but I do eat strawberries a lot. I also had sesame seeds recently. When I first started losing weight I was on Medifast (same company). It worked for me to help me structure my eating. The green lean meals taught me portion control. I still think the bars have great macros and a great 100 calorie choice.
