40 mins cardio and about one and a half hour of training.. I also do abs... How do I do that???

Ok so when I said 1200 - 1600, I meant I don't go over nor below that amount - and yes I've measured them. How would I know of in retaining water? And idk I'm confused, I thought doing cardio plus weight and a little dieting would be enough. I cut soda and all junk food. :/ this is frustrating
