Start by meal prepping on your days off. Then from there if you don’t have time for the gym do at least 20 min a day working out at home there’s a lot of free videos you can watch videos at you tube. Hope this helps

Hello I am erika I am trying to lose the belly fat I get that a lot of that everytime I start gaining weight I eat 1200 calories a day exercise 3 times a week any advise what I should do to lose it ?
