You're probably right. I didn't think/bother with it. I was surprised that it seemed like my scale was the only one that didn't measure in grams. Hahaha, shows what I know.

I can't tell if I'm bloating or not. This might be off topic and a little ignorant but how the heck do you know if you're boating? When I eat "bad" I try and drink a bunch of water to help stop the bloating..if it even happens to me.

I haven't used it on that setting, so you might be right. But since as far as I know, 1 Kilogram = 1000 Grams.. I didn't even bother with it. I'll have to try it and see what it does. Like I said, I didn't even mess with it since it had a "k" haha

I just don't know if you're really supposed to be measuring solid food with ounces. I don't know if it matters though.

Sparkling water sometimes helps me. You can also get chocolate rice cakes (60 cal) or I usually drink 8 oz of dark chocolate almond milk (100 cal). Tastes like liquid brownies! :)

I usually eat about a handful (probably about 300 calories worth) of cashews in the morning, without logging them. In my mind, they are free calories because I use them to help with my depression. They are supposedly like a Xanax. I also don't turn my HR watch off until I'm back in the car. Earn an extra 15 calories that…

I also don't get REAL ice cream. I know some people don't like to eat "garbage" but when I want ice cream I eat the Artic Zero "diet" type of ice cream. I also have an obsession with coconut, so I get those coconut fruit bars. (120 Cal) Kinda like getting the ice cream sandwiches because you have to physically open each…
