MFP is telling me to eat around 1300 calories. I don't want to eat any of my exercise calories back and I haven't been since I started about a month ago. Tracking Salt
I usually roast vegetables and add some salt just to taste. Should I be tracking that? I haven't been because I don't feel like I'm just mindlessly pouring salt on everything. I also feel like that's becoming a little too obsessed with tracking, imo. I'll do it if I need to though.
