The last meal I made, was ham steak, with eggs, and hashbrowns. We've started to cut back the amount of gluten in our diets here, and breakfast for dinner was really low on the calories and carbs.

I'm 5'9" and at 290 I wear a size 24 in Just My Size and Faded Glory...haven't tried others because well I don't want to get depressed again.

I am married, 5'9", Current weight 290 First Weight Goal 200. 1 child, love to cook and bake (in fact i have a part time job as a cake designer/baker) I enjoy boardgaming, I don't mind cleaning and tend to do most of the housework myself. I figured small weight goals will help me lose the weight and keep it off.
