It's great seeing all of the updates here. I just completed W5D2 today. I remember this week being challenging the last time I completed the program and it remains true this time. I've been pushing through though. Good luck to everyone.

It's official! I graduated last night (8/10/15). I'm excited and I look forward to running my first 5k at the beginning of next month. In between now and then, I plan to keep running to work on increasing my distance and I'm contemplating moving on to the 5k to 10k app.

Sorry, I see that I posted this in the wrong discussion (thought I was in daily check-in). But since I'm here, :-) I'd definitely say trust the program. Well....I thought I posted this yesterday but I don't see it. So here it is again -->After a couple of weeks of droughts due to going on vacation and some unexpected life events, I was able to complete W8D1 on last night.. I felt great to be running again. I'm excited to complete my C25K program this week and continue on…

After an unexpected break due to vacation and some other issues, I was finally able to pick back up with the program. I completed W8D1 today and it felt great to be running again! I'm really looking forward to graduating soon and running my first 5k!

W7D1 done today! 2.5 miles . Wow! It's still hard to believe but I'm actually running and enjoying it.

Week 6 Day 2 done. I did it by distance this time and I am currently running 11 minutes per mile. I'm proud of that progress. Looking forward to Day 3. Happy 4th!!

Don't be nervous. It is a mental thing. Go ahead and get it in your head that you can do it. Trust the training. You are ready just don't let the fear get in your head. Good luck!

W5D3 is done and it was AWESOME! I actually surprised myself. I focused on enjoying the run and having a good form. I was surprised when the lady said one minute left because I felt like I had more run in me. I'm extremely proud of my progress...from one minute to twenty minutes! :D
