Thank you all so much for the encouragement! I'll pay a little more attention to my calories, and stick with it I suppose (even though I really just want to spend my time watching Netflix and eating pizza :wink: ). It really does help more than you can imagine for strangers to say they see a difference!!

Thank you! I love that it's just 3 short circuits, it makes it easier to stick to. I just had it my head that I was going to get results as dramatic as the ones I saw when I googled the program, I guess something is better than nothing, thanks for the encouragement!

I've been eating at about 1200 calories/day, and letting that slip a little on the weekends. Maybe that's the issue. And yes, I do feel better when I make a point to exercise, so thanks for reminding me of that!

Vacation in 25 days! We are heading to florida, so i'll be spending lots of time in a swimsuit and summer clothes. I've been working out and eating healthy the past few months, and I'm ecstatic to feel comfortable in a bikini!

My husband had the charge, i have the charge HR. I run a lot, so I like to know where my heart rate is at. The other difference is the clasp. The charge HR has a buckle like a watch, and the charge snaps on. Both are great, and only a $20 difference in price.

I have the Fitbit Charge HR, and my husband has the regular Charge. We both love them!! I previously had the flex, and liked that one too (lost it in a store), but having the actual step count available on my wrist with the Charge HR is awesome. It really is a glorified pedometer, but in my opinion, it gets the job done.…
