  • Forgot to say that prior to this month I have actually lost weight so overall I am about 4 lbs heavier than when I got pregnant. Scary gains nonetheless, being 5'2" any weight gain really shows! I have started to work out 4-5 times a week too in the second trimester, 1st trimester I had no energy and lots of nausea.…

  • How is everyone? Morning sickness is starting to ease up on me, and pregnancy appetite is on,but I am still waiting to have more energy! Have a good week ahead, big ones and little ones :)
  • Congratulations!!! Exhaustion is part of the process I feel. I am in the same boat. I have not worked out in weeks, but with barely any appetite and all the nausea, my weight just stays the same... Hope we feel more energized soon wink:

  • I am so very sorry for your loss! Stay strong! Your current loss usually equates an embryo that is not best equipped for a healthy happy life, but that is not a reliable indicator that fruitful happy pregnancies won't happen in the future. My bestie got pregnant and carried to term what is the cutest boy I've met. And that…

  • David Guetta who's that chick station on Pandora works for me
  • I don't mean to laugh but lol: my dietary rampages end up with finishing all the sweets in the house too... Look I don't know about you, but I noticed that I have what you call trigger foods that do exactly that: trigger me to eat out of control. I don't believe people that say that there is no such thing as food…

  • I did it couple of times. It helps you shrink your stomach as it requires specific portions. It's a quick fix but you'll rebound quickly to original weight :( I liked that it allowed ice cream :p . Consistency on mfp will get you way better results. Good luck :)
  • Hi Siennan, Don't get discouraged! I was there last week and, come to think of it, having my TOM must have had a big influence on my "ballooning" . It is hard but possible to get back on track. Hugs and let's make this happen!

  • Yes wine is one of the few pleasures left. I try to not exceed 1-2 glasses though. I also eat dinner bearing in mind that I need to leave some deficit for it.
  • Add me too :)
  • Hugs. Time will heal. Don't feel guilty for your decision, nor for the times that you will long for him despite your differences. It's all part of the healing process. I applaud your courage to share your story and your will to focus on becoming a healthier better self through weight loss. I think having the goal of losing…
  • I gain anywhere between 2 to 5 lbs, but because I'm short it shows :( I also crave carbs like mad on during the days right before it... But then I'm not as hungry during it so I usually end up back on track. Don't get discouraged if it happens to you too, just continue on your path. There.

  • Hi:) Thank you for the warm welcome, and I hope you'll find comfort in knowing that mcfattest is a result of an inside joke me and my spouse call one another when we get off the the healthy weight wagon: he is mcfatty and I am mcfattest. It is not intended to shame or scold anyone other than myself.

I was wondering how long did it take you to achieve your results? Also, how do you keep your workout challenging?
