You should be able to eat more on days that you work out. My current goal is carbs<100g. too.

I lost 26 pounds over the last few years. I'm 5' 1" on a good day. I went from 153 to 127. I did this by focusing on eating a net calorie intake of 1440 calories per day. Meaning, if I exercised, I had mfp give me bonus calories that I could eat that day. So, some days, I would eat 1750 calories, if that's what mfp told meβ¦

yep. I'm right there with you. I lost 28 pounds on my 5' 1" frame which at my age is a lot. I've gained back 16 pounds. Frustrating thing is I've been exercising the ENTIRE time. I've got to re-focus on my food intake and tracking in mfp EVERY day. Today is the first day I focus on Dropping my weight again. Oh, and Iβ¦

Op, Congratulations on choosing to make a change! You'll know you're at the right calorie in-take when you're losing about 1 pound/week. 1200 is too low. MFP gave me a low number of cals initially too. Here's what I suggest. 1. Change your setting to higher than sedentary 2. Change weight loss goal to .5 to 1 pound perβ¦
