  • I am drying my workout clothes so they would shrink rather than hang drying them. Someone asked me if I was okay… like I did not have a serious illness causing my body to shrink. The house is 68 degrees and I am freezing. I have to pull up my workout capris several times during class.
  • My XS workout pants which fit fine a month ago are now looser in the waist. I normally don't put my workout clothes in the dryer due to shrinkage but I have been doing that lately.
  • I do not bike at all ( in fact I was so embarrassed as I had no idea how to adjust the bike) but I tried a HIIT spin class and loved it! Will go again next week.
  • I used to line dry all my workout clothes so they would not shrink. Now I actually put them in the dryer so they can shrink because they are getting loose on me.
