Hi I'm 31 I have a 2yr old son and a 2 month old daughter I'm in the process of losing 80 or pounds for the past 2 weeks I've been walking 30 to 45 mins a day I'm slowly getting back into shape it's hard with 2 kids but I'm determined to get healthy for them and myself
