Depends for me I find. Like today my depression and anxiety are hitting hard and I find myself not hungry at all. Then other times all I do is binge *kitten* food haha

That this lack of sleep is starting to catch up to me in the worst way. Messed up on 2 important things at work yesterday and I'm supposed to be on top condition as this is the month that bonuses happen. I just want to go home and hide from everyone.

For me I think what really motivated me was when I joined the gym I'm at in September I was stuck using 5lb weights for workouts. Now I'm up to 12lbs. :) I'm motivated to move up to 15 soon.

Wicked hungry and I find that whenever I eat my new prepped healthy meals it just moves right through me. My stomach just doesn't seem to agree with it.
