Agree with all of the above! But my favorite nighttime snacks are a cheese string if I'm craving salts/fats, or a mug of vanilla protein powder with cinnamon sprinkled on it if I want something sweet! Helps me get sleepy too. Sleepytime tea is great if you don't have any calories to spare!

Chew gum with their mouths open. I can't STAND it. Keep your mouth noises to yourself.

Overeaters Anonymous is great if you find a good meeting and wanna put in the work! Therapy is also a good option, but only if you're sticking to a meal plan

I feel ya on the boobs front. The great thing is, even though you're down some sizes, and your boobs are physically smaller, they're still gonna LOOK fantastic since your body is also getting smaller and more toned. It may not feel like it at first, but the rest of your body will catch up! Also, bra sizes are a crap shoot.…

I just wanted to give you some support! I broke my arm a month ago...it was really tough. I definitely had a pity party the first couple days and ate crap...don't even go there! But now's a good time to really focus on your diet until you're able to exercise again. Think of food as the fuel for mending your bones. When I…

What do they say, it takes 21 days to break a bad habit? 30? 60? I find that with food I can break a habit with a couple days of very mindful eating. It's hard for sure! But so worth it. Then when you do spring for dessert go for something like fruit, yogurts, maybe a bit of granola etc. I'm snacking on apple slices right…

Haha I intend on running as soon as I can! Any bump or movement hurts right now though :(

I would love to join! My 13.1 training app has me running 49 miles this month and walking many more...I'll make it an even 50 and maybe I'll think about stretching to 60. 2 miles ran so far in June! :)

Yes, I'm planning on buying some good Asics soon! Stamina has always been an issue for me. With sports and dance I'm used to doing VERY intense cardio for 2 minutes tops and then resting for a couple minutes. It's been a conscious effort telling myself not to go all out, but I think I'm getting used to it! Does anyone have…

I did 5 miles with some walking breaks in between about 2 weeks ago. The past couple of weeks I've been following a couch to 5k program, and just started the 12 week 13.1 program on sunday.

The app seems pretty good on that...I run 4 days a week with 2 rest days and one cross train day. So far this week I've only had to walk a mile, run a half and walk 1.5, run a half. It builds very gradually

Thank you so much! Good luck on your race...let me know how it goes! :)
