I've done 40 lbs in 10 weeks... 346 -306... when you have a lot of extra hanging around a healthy diet and good gym routine it is very possible.. I just logged back in my fit pal to do it again, hard part is not getting bored and giving up halfway through.... Everyone keeps saying 2 lbs a week is safe.. when your 180lbs…
