I LOVE my ChargeHR. I charge it maybe once a week, and it holds the charge very well. I love that it interacts with myfitnesspal, as well as tracks my sleep. That's a big one for me. I did purchase the surge, and promptly returned it. It felt like having a VCR strapped to my wrist.

I will cop to doing this in the past. Not an everyday behavior, but I have absolutely taken a bite of a hot, warm donut, and then spit it out after tasting it. I also have to admit I would never be able to spit out wine. It would hurt my heart.
