Yeah. I absolutely agree with that. Poor kids. It's so unfair to them. I can imagine how they felt. Why their parents don't understand that nothing bad would happen because of a slice of pizza.

The food I used to enjoy before my diet doesn't taste nearly as good as it used to. Or maybe is just how I feel after eating it. Anyway I still have some treat meals like chocolate or beer. But I don't like ice-cream anymore. It even makes me sick sometimes.

Well, Muscle and Motion has those. I've been suscribed to them for 2 years now. I use it for training. They also have an interactive exercise encyclopedia.

I'm 5'8. Start weight 240. Current weight 220. My goal is 180. I was loosing much more weight in the beginning. Now it's harder and harder(((

Step by step you will reach your goal. Yoga classes and running will help you a lot. Don't forget about healthy diet. I'm sure you can do it. And I agree with the guys. Starving never helps. Just healthy, balanced diet. Good luck!!

Same thing with me. I'm hungry all the time. I ate 6 times today, and still felt hungry. Hope my exercises in the pool would help to burn all of that. I'm trying to eat healthy, but you know...
