Happy New Year! I'm back to a new, repeated, beginning. My goal will be to work out 30 minutes per day. In addition to riding my bike at least 5 miles a day.

Today, I actually road 11 miles. Getting use to it again. The roads are slick and wet. The ride is peaceful.

Thank you for your insight and it makes sense. I will set my goal since I'm just starting out at 175 miles for the month of June. Today, I actually did 10 miles.

I too just got my bike and want to start with this bike challenge. Starting Saturday want to ride at least 25 miles a day. I do need your prayers.
