  • Good morning ladies. I just updated my stat's so sorry for the late entries. Also I did not know where to enter for the extra points for eating Greek foods. I had spinach last week 4 times.
  • Hey guys, weekends are always a struggle for me. Don't eat properly. During the working week it's much easier for me. Thanks to all the support !!!
  • Was a walking kind of day today. Started off walking to work 20 min. Then a walk at lunch with a gf. Walked home. Then had a 2 hr walk with an old friend and my puppy. Great way to have a visit,
  • Another productive day , on my way to reaching my goal. Ty to team 4 as you help me to be a bit more accountable . Today I did the 2arm challenges and walked for 1hr 45 min.

  • Hi Wildflowers !! I'm just getting the hang of all of this. I completed the arm challenges for today and started over the squat challenge. I did the dance Momma Mia lol. I walked 40 min today. Eat well. Its been a great day. I have a feeling this is going to be a great couple of months .
