i like being a shortie most times, hehhehe. at a whopping 5 feet tall i really need to watch my calorie intake, sigh. but i'm currently playing with my calories to see how much i can eat & still lose. All the best in your journey :)

Just get out & do it! I had started a few years ago riding my bike, was totally embarrassed about my fat butt being on show but soon got over it :) Esp when i started toning up!

I just started weighing my butter & realized my idea of a teaspoon was way off, more like a very large tablespoon. Found out i added almost 200 calories to my supper last night ouch. I highly recommend a foodscale for pretty much everything lol
