6 days of gym classes or running and one day off but a 10,000 steps walk... Also try to get my 10,000 steps per day everyday.... I feel good and it's my hobby... But have had times when exercise was " punishment" for bad eating and it didn't work I gained weight anyway so enjoy, set non weight goals and destress/me time....

Clothes didn't work for me either, being tall and kidding myself i had gone from healthy BMI to 5 kilos over when I stopped weighing to try and let my clothes guide me... I weigh once a week ( weds morning) and log everyday. 11 years maintainer with only a few wee slip ups!

Hi Bex I also found I held onto the weight hit abit then it came off again, dont over think it and I also didn't wright post op to not go scales crazy! I ate low cal high volume foods like soup and veggies too Good luck
