Number one thing would be diet for the core! Clean, high protein diets will allow your abs to peek through! For the booty growth lots of squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc! Don't be afraid to go heavy with the weights either!

Believe me it is extremely difficult to be bulky as a woman. I would love to add on muscle by lifting heavy but it takes a LOT of time meaning years of heavy lifting and high protein eating. I would say if you can only do 5 reps with 10 lb weights, do that and then drop down to the 5 for the last 5 reps. Next time try…
