Hello! No not given up, lost another 1.6 this week, now down 12.8 since January 1st, another 12lbs to go! I’m in that horrible halfway bit where I’m thinking about how much I’ve got to go rather than celebrating how much I’ve lost

Didn’t post weigh in last week, lost another 1.4 so almost 10 in total! 4.5 to go until I’ve lost a stone

Oh it’s so hard when you put so much effort in and nothing happens! I think I’m losing it so quickly at the moment as I have a lot to lose, it will definitely slow down soon :/ have you tried a sort of attach phase with fewer calories to start? I’m no expert I’m not sure what to suggest! Fingers crossed it starts coming…

How’s everyone doing? Lost 1.1 on Friday, so almost 8lbs this year! I am carrying on ‘dry January’ (no alcohol for a month for those who don’t know!) until I’ve lost a stone (14lbs) so maybe until the end of Feb?

It’s horrible when it all goes back on isn’t it?! I spent all last year trying and failing and so far this year I’ve already lost almost half a stone, just goes to show you have to be in the right frame of mind. Good luck, go for it and visualise yourself in that bikini!!

Weighed in today, lost 1.7 now nearly half a stone since New Year! I’ve set myself little mini challenges along the way to break it up so it doesn’t seem so impossible, and it seems to be working!!

Wow thanks and welcome everyone! I’ve lost 5lb in two weeks so far (given up the booze for a few weeks) and looking towards next target of half a stone. My weigh in days are Fridays so I’ll post weigh in results each week, good luck!!
