Hi I have them If I'm honest I've not really used them. I have gone back to keeping a food diary, I haven't a great deal of weight to lose and I think it's what you get used to.

Day 2 done and dusted. Found it hard at moment had a bereavement, and it's been very difficult to motivate myself.

I'm new to this and looking for motavation. I Have about 7-10lbs to lose. Been maintaining for a few year but weight creeping on slowly. I'm only 5ft 2 and every little gain shows. Can't get enough friends in my book.
