I am trying a keto/atkins type thing with really low carbs and lots of fat, moderate protein. I eat every 2-3 hours and it keeps me feeling full all day. If you have an illness, you need to check with your doc before trying this! I am fairly healthy, so just playing around with it to see what happens.

I upgraded to premium, and now I can stop it from doing that. I am synced with Fitbit, and it was adding way too many calories just for me walking around my house!

I am no doctor, but can share my experience. I used to have back pain which was diagnosed as a being caused by deterioration in my lower disks. My sister lost 40 lbs with Medifast. She travels all week for business and lives alone so it works out really well for her. It is not cheap, but you can order from Amazon. I would try it, but I live in Europe so cannot get the products here.
