My goal for June is to consume less sugar and carbs and to get on a good workout schedule. I have a problem where I will work out for and week or so and then just not pick up the weight again. My weight loss goal is to be 170 by the end of the month! Last time I weighed myself i was 180... hoefully i haven't gone up...
