My wife had twins and now they helped me lose 5kg:) I play with them, "fly" them, run after them.... And my wife cooks unbelievably well with healthy substitutes (which is where the biggest help comes from... Hardly any processed junk!)

Third time round starting from scratch, so I know the excitement and i know the results are worth it! Note the day you start and celebrate your monthly anniversary like a new couple... You won't want to break up :)
