  • Carbs aren't the enemy. It may be better to consider the types of carbs you're eating. Without carbs you will literally have no energy. Check this out and maybe give it a shot: http://gizmodo.com/5709913/4-hour-body---the-slow-carb-diet I don't necessarily agree with this meal plan but I do know it has worked for people.
