Oh really can't see me doing that to be honest. Ive bought Dumbbells to start using at home but that's about it, I only want to do exercise I enjoy or I'll lose motivation. I'm sticking with power walking, bit of yoga and Dumbbells. Obviously if this doing end up making a difference after a little while I'll need to review…

Mfp worked it out that I should have 1260 calories per day. Ok sounds like I'm doing the right things to get to my goal, just wanted to check! Thanks guys.

I've just done a week on 1200 calories per day and exercised 4 times during the week and there's no change on the scales
