I buy protein pancake mix from Amazon it's called flapjacked and you only add water. I find it to be just the right consistency every time and taste great. It does cost a lot though for the amount you get.

I just got the new front close sports bra by Victoria's Secret 34dd and I love not struggling to get into a sports bra.

Funny how we all do it differently but still are aiming for the same goal! If I can't fit it in my calories that day then I immediately have it the next because if I don't then I will obsess over it and I make it worse when I finally do eat it.

I was able to hold my side plank for 17 seconds when last week it was only 12!
