Hello! I am 34 and want to be healthy for my kiddos at school. Former smoker with a recovering shoulder injury--doc said 2-4 years and he wasn't kidding! Haven't had a cigarette in almost 4 years but I remember the struggle. I'd be glad to have some new buddies to go through this with. :smiley:
