  • I have a sedentary job too. I also wear mine 24/7. I even track my sleep. I try to increase my steps weekly. Please add me as a friend if you wish. :)
  • Awesome! Great way to start the new year!
  • I had my sleeve on 12/8. Would love to be friends. Will send you a request.
  • Amen! I am only 2 weeks out, but can already see/feel the difference. I had doubts and fears as well until I went to a seminar and attended a couple support group meetings. Once I was informed I knew it was the right path for me. Good luck!
  • Awesome! WTG!
  • I was having a hard time tolerating cold protein shakes. Figured out that they go down better for me at room temp or even warmed up.

  • I'm only 1 week out, but people in my support group say week 3 and 4 commonly show stalls/gains. I think putting the scale away and trusting the process sounds like a great idea.
  • I had my sleeve one week ago today! Starting weight 365 Surgical weight 349 Current weight 338 Height 5 foot 8 inches Too soon to update sizes yet, but my starting stats are: Shirt size 3-4 X Pant 26 Shoes 12 (so I sometimes buy men's sneakers)
  • Good luck! Will be waiting to hear how it goes!
  • I had my sleeve done on Tuesday, so I am very new to this. I chose the sleeve because it was less invasive and I've seen really good outcomes. My surgeon's practice sponsors a monthly support group for people pre and post surgery and that has been awesome. I started cutting out trigger foods, sugar and fast food 3 months…
  • Hi! This is my 5th day and I also have a significant amount of weight to lose. I am still figuring things out, but will try to send a friend request. :) Lisa
