Yeah that's what I do also. With a family history of hypertension as long as my sodium is not too high I'm happy. Except for one day, I usually don't reach the daily Na recommended. :smile:

Good luck and wishing you the best. I have a friend who motivates me to get out walk at least 4 miles every time we meet; and she is so encouraging I get the urge to go out even when we can't meet.
