I try to drink one green smoothie a day. It's time consuming but I do my best. I always make my own recipes and have to log them individually but I try to keep them simple and I never add fruit or powders. Kale or spinach is usually one of my main ingredients.

I have a B.E.D! I hide my b.e.d and mostly do it at night after my husband and children are asleep. My weight has fluctuated my whole life and I'm always on a diet so I don't over eat I tell myself I'm on a diet. I do this because it helps me tell myself to binge on healthier snacks and food or to stop eating when I neverโฆ
