I'm not sure about miles, but hoping to go cycling at least 3 times a week (twice to volleyball, and a recreational one). This will commence either tomorrow or Tuesday, as my bike is in for repair. Until this, I had been cycling 3 times a week :)

It's so difficult to say no to food! I'm going to be honest, I'd love to be your weight, but I'm slightly taller (but only by 8cm). I thought fruit was a good alternative to sweets larger meals, but strawberries have 4 calories each :(
