  • Went out for a hike today with my son. Girls where busy so we had a few hours to go out and get some exercise in.. it was about 2.5 miles worth of climbing up and down these rocks and well if any of y’all hav sons you know they take the worst possible route!! Haha it was a good day though

  • Well yesterday I broke my No sweets May, it was June 2nd after all. We walked 3 miles round trip to get an ice cream!!!! It was so worth the wait and I didn’t feel as guilty about it because the hubby and I walked to get it. Well now to start again. No sweets the rest of the month for this lady.

  • I actually love this!! Tiny goals equal success... when I lost my 100 pounds I seriously did it 10 pounds at a time. I set tiny goals and when I hit them they felt like HUGE accomplishments and I was sooo excited to hit a goal... I didn’t know this was a book but I’m definitely going to look for it

I put a 10 pound weight on there and it didn’t read it correct I stood on the scale holding the 10 pound weight and I was 7 pounds lighter than this morning hahaha it just don’t make sense... I changed the battery 2 weeks ago. I’ll step on it in the morning and see what happens.
