I'm a pescatarian keto too (though I'm only on day 6)! I've been able to keep my carbs below 20g (net) per day by choosing low carb veggies, like spinach. Getting fats in seems pretty easy just by way of eating fish, but I'm also eating eggs, some dairy, avocados, and butter/coconut oil. Can't fully say I'm in ketosis yet,…
