I work 12 hour night shifts fairly often, but mine are also mixed with day shifts. I don't eat at a specific time each day, but I take each "day" to be the full 24-hour period of that calendar day. So, my diary headings are changed to 12am-4am, 4am-8am, 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm and 8pm-12am. This way no matter when I…
