Hadn't lifted weights or worked out in a couple of days to let me body rest....but i would not expect a swing this high. Back to working out…

Thought i would give this a try. I need to lose 76 lbs. Starting weight is 276.2 lbs (5/11/2020) Goal Weight is 200 lbs 5'10" 42 yrs old My plan is to lose 2 lbs a week.
