Canned chicken. 250 Cal and 70g of Protein per can. Makes a pretty good lunch snack. Eggs are great too.

Holy Fuark brah, mirin' hard. Started lifting August last year for girls, definitely boosted my confidence. Then I started browsing /fit/ and have *kitten* dedicated myself to making it. Recently had mono and was out for 4 weeks, dropped from 160lbs down to 144lbs. Gotta get my weight back up. Summer bulk I guess.
