Once I became menopausal, I gained so much weight. No matter what I did, couldn’t lose. Plus I was exhausted all the time. I had to get my hormone levels right again. Now I’m back keeping track on MyFitnessPal again. Finally seeing results. Now it’s time to up the exercises.

I overeat if I’m bored or nervous. I can allow myself to get talked into overeating when I’m visiting with friends or family. I’m also a foodie who loves good food.

I’ve been back posting on MyFitnessPal a few months now. I took a break for over 1 year. But decided I needed to start tracking my foods again. And I want to not just look at calories, but also fat & sugar grams as well. But today is the 1st time I noticed the community section. So I’m joining the community.

#4 resonated with me. Allowing food to be what brings me joy. Although, it can, I need to reach for other things that do. And to do these things on a more frequent basis.
