Thank you, it definitely feels a bit early to be adding protein supplements. The week before last I lost two pounds in two weeks, i started your routine this week and I lost three pounds in one week!

Day 3 of your lift routine today and extra weights added to my birthday list! I was wondering in the early days of lifting at home did you use protein shakes/bars?

I'm also 5ft 2 and had two sections (currently 4 1/2 months postnatal) can I ask how long it took you to loose your weight so far? And how postnatal are you? It's encouraging to hear the hangover reduces, I will be a lot happier when I can see my scar in the mirror!

Hi everyone Nice to know so many mums are alongside my weight loss journey. I'm mum to a 4 yr old and a 4 month old. Both were c sections. Need to loose 5 stone but I'm at the very start of my journey 11 days into MFP. Feel free to add me.

WOW this is really encouraging, I've had two c sections I'm 5ft 2 and weigh 191lbs, only 11 days in but would be very happy to reduce my stomach that much in 12 weeks. Congratulations and keep up the good work.

Hi, I have a four year old and a 4 month old, both by c sections. Currently 11 days in on MFP, luckily logging what I eat isn't too painful at the moment because I'm frustrated I can't do more exercise. Feel free to add me.
