  • When making smoothies try to use Almond milk instead of regular milk. It's a much healthier chose for your smoothies. My favorite smoothie recipe is, 2 big oranges, peeled 1/2 cup pineapple 1/2 cup mango 1 cup (or more) spinach 1 frozen banana I like this on the morning so it can give me a blast of energy :)
  • I believe that eating that four slices of bread would be to much. You should only eat 2 slices, and try not to have any bread related foods for your other meals.
