That's why you have to workout and have a good diet on top of that. If you're drinking to get drunk then there is no real perfect way to do that. I'm just saying the way I do it keeps your water intake high without any mixer with high calories and sugar like soda

I do a no sugar diet. Natural sugars like from fruits and vegetables are fine but no added sugar. Which means no soda, milk, Gatorade, etc. Also I stick to about 1500-2000 calories a day but I spread all my meals into very small portions.
