I'm exactly the same, stress = binge = feeling rubbish and less motivation to eat well or exercise. I just can't seem to break the cycle.

I'm a massive binge eater but I know I can loose weight when I have a trigger that's like a 'right that's it' moment. However when I don't or am doing okay and start to feel like I'm getting somewhere, I stop and gradually fall back into bad patterns and it's all back on and more than before I started.
