Hello all new to the group. Not sure how to do low carbs. But definitely need to lower my carb in-take. Now for this on the I will build up my walking to 45 mins. And 2 miles in that time.

I wish that was only my problem. I'm addicted to all the wrong foods. Love fast food. Love snickers and milky way...but going to try real hard to lose all this weight I gain and keep my sugar level balance. hope you guys dont.mind me using my friend button

Weed may help with pain but it also will cause the munchies...terrible for weight loss. Also, it's not legal everywhere.
