My lunch salad today...baby greens, strawberries, candied walnuts, blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. :)

You and me both will be trying the cheeseburger salad soon! Thanks a ton! :)

I never thought of antipasto salad!!! Adding to the list!!! Thanks!!! :)

I love my pasta, and have been trying to find ways to eat it "responsibly". :)

This actually sounds really good! Maybe even sprinkled with crushed crackers or bread crumbs for an added crunch!

Okay, maybe I should be more optimistic. Maybe served over classic elbows and tossed with breaded, sliced chicken? And some extra peppers and onions? Thoughts?

Nice!

Thanks for the ideas! Alas, though scrapple is readily available and well known where I live, I must admit that I am most definitely a chicken that's afraid of organ meat. LOL! I'm thinking a few strips of pan-fried bacon will be a nice replacement. ;)

Walden Farms everything. Grossness. And Arctic Zero "ice cream". What a cruel joke.

Ooohhhh...grapes and sweet onion dressing!!! Yum!!!

I actually like shirataki noodles in Italian dishes. I use the spaghetti-style noodles and add ground beef, tomato sauce and parmesan (and an assortment of spices). I also use the fettuccine-style noodles and add Alfredo cream sauce with a bit of basil pesto mixed in. Both are delish and typically 350 calories or less for…

Lately, I've enjoyed a packet of instant grits (100 calories if prepared with water instead of milk) and a Cracker Barrel maple sausage patty (140 calories). Turkey sausage would be even less calories, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I'm a believer in pork sausage. ;)

To each their own, but I actually don't like the Bolthouse Farms yogurt dressings. I also DESPISE all of the Walden Farms dressings I've tried (as well as many of their other products). I personally enjoy all of the Ken's Steakhouse lite dressings...especially honey mustard (80 calories per two tbsp). I also just purchased…

I totally made this up...but I make a quick, single-portion chicken noodle soup by boiling 1.25 cups of light egg noodles in 2 cups chicken broth, which I season to taste with poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. I personally add 0.5 tbsp real butter to give it more depth, but you wouldn't have…

Do you cut up the roasted pumpkin into chunks? Sounds extremely good...

I'm definitely having it this week. 100%, set in stone. :)

Stop it!! That sounds amazing!!!

This.

This is exactly what I was looking for!!! Thanks so much!!!

All the ideas are inspiring! :)

Sounds amazing! I had some extra strawberries and threw them in my lunch salad today...so good!!!
-
Awesome! Thanks so much! One of my current favorites is kale, cabbage, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries with light poppyseed dressing. So good!!!

Thanks a ton for the tips! The website link was super helpful!

We bought one over a year ago on Amazon and hated it. It wouldn't even cook the food completely. Likely a defective item, I'm sure. What brand did you purchase? I would be interested in trying a different one out!

Awesome! Thanks to everyone who has responded! Just knowing there's support here is very motivating in itself!
