I agree with the other's. No need to cook two different meals, just eat smaller portions. Planning meals is a big help as well. If you have a slow cooker/crock pot, use it. It's a real life saver. If not, now would be a great time to invest in one. A lot of stores will have them on sale.

I generally weigh twice to three times a week. But, I "officaly" weigh on Monday's. The other one -two times is just to get an ida of how I'm doing during the week.
