  • I would just say, if you hate cardio like me.. stick to HITT. Do push ups, jump squats, High Knee jumps, etc between sets. I do it ad at the end of my workout (not on leg days), I do the stair master for 10-20 minutes ..that machine will make you sweat your butt off! Like I said, i hate cardio so I have to come up with…
